For DRY SKIN BRUSHING: Right before your morning shower or bath, brush lightly in one direction from the outer extremities to the center of the body [from the feet to the abdomen and from the fingers to the heart]. This action will open up the pores and help to clean out the lymphatic system. The whole process takes only a few minutes, but the results will impress. For WET SKIN CLEANSING: In combination with soap and water, the relatively stiff bristles of this brush will provide for a extra-thorough scrub down.
