Ingredients: Origanum vulgare (oregano) essential oil.

1. Aura Cacia, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, .25 fl oz (7.4 ml)

Clarifying Chest Rub - Blend 1 to 3 drops of eucalyptus with 1 tsp. of sweet almond oil and rub on chest.

Travel Companion - Combine 7 to 10 drops of eucalyptus with 1/2 once water in a mister bottle. Spritz to freshen room.

2. Aura Cacia, Lavender Essential Oil, .25 fl oz (7.4 ml)

Calming Room Spray - Place 18 drops lavender and 4 onces water in mist bottle. Shake well and mist air space.

Soothing Bath - Add 6 drops lavender to your bath salts and add to bath water.

3. Aura Cacia, Tea Tree Essential Oil, .25 fl oz (7.4 ml)

Cuticle Oil - Combine 3 drops tea tree with 1 tsp. sweet almond oil. Massage onto cuticles.

Foot Mist - Mix 10 drops tea tree, 8 drops peppermint, 1 once water in a mister bottle. Spray on feet

4. Aura Cacia Essential Oil, Peppermint, 25 fl oz (7.4 ml)

Cooling Comfort - Add 12 drops of peppermint to 1 ounce of sweet almond oil and massage tension away.

Pep Up - Inhale refreshing aroma for a cooling boost.
