Sodium Carbonate, Certified Organic Mustard Seed Powder, Pure Grade Essential Oils Of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Thyme And Gum Benzoin.

Foot Bath- Dissolve 1 large Tbl. spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak.

Full Bath - Add 2 oz, two scoops, to a hot bath (keep it hot). Add a little extra for a large tub. Relax in the water for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results.

External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of children's reach. Do not use if hot baths are inadvisable. In the unlikely event that discomfort occurs, consult your health practitioner.
