Active Ingredients -- Purpose
1% Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Teeth Whitening -- Oral Hygiene.

Inactive Ingredients: Deionized purified water, organic aloe vera, organic essential oils (peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus, lemon, clove & cinnamon).

Shake bottle. Squirt a small amount (roughly 1/3 oz) in your mouth. Swish for 5-30 seconds. With rinse still in your mouth, brush your teeth and tongue. It helps to tilt your head back slightly. And hey, use as mouthwash as needed.
