Flossing is the single most importantweapon against plaque and in some waysis more important than your toothbrush.Effective daily use of floss:

Wind a piece of floss around your middlefingers, leaving about 4" between them.
Grasp floss firmly between thumb andindex finger and slide between teeth,curve floss around tooth and move upand down.

Repeat for each tooth.
