1. Remove contact lenses and thoroughly clean face and hands. 2. Open foil package and place one pad over each eye. [Note that there are two [2] pads in every foil package]. 3. Lean back and relax. 4. Remove the pads gently and discard. Do not reuse. Recommended Use: 3 times a week for the first week, then at least 2 times a week thereafter. Try these pads on cheeks, chin, and other parts of the face. For maximum refreshment, try keeping the pads refrigerated.
