Suggested Use: For moisturizing dry nasal passages- ADULTS: 1 to 4 sprays (approx. 0.14 ml each) for no more than 10 days at a time. This product is not intended for continuous use. CHILDREN: Take 1/2 of the adult usage. Insert attached sprayer into the bottle. Remove protective cap and safety clip. Press plunger down briskly while breathing through nose.
