Senna Stimulant Laxative Tea
Herbal Dietary Supplement

Peppermint, licorice and fennel are traditionally combined with senna to ease discomfort and reduce the potential for unpleasant feelings, such as cramping.

Organic Smooth Move Peppermint is pleasantly aromatic and bittersweet.

Senna leaf is the "move" in Smooth Move, and works by direct action on the intestine, which is why it is called a stimulant laxative. The pharmacopoeial grade senna leaf in Smooth Move contains an effective dose of sennosides - the component of the herb that ensures the laxative effect.

Brew Well to be Well
For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup!

Cautions: Ask a doctor before use if you have stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that continue over a period of 2 weeks. Ask a doctor or pharmacist prior to use if you are taking any other drug. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative. These may indicate a serious condition.
