Volumizing conditioner for fine hair

A lightweight, volumizing conditioner that lifts roots and moisturizes without leaving any residue. It's made with mint and echinacea to leave locks refreshed and shiny.

Suggested use: After shampooing, apply conditioner from mid length to ends. Leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
