Ingredients:Magnesium Oil, Arnica Extract, Polysorbate 20, Menthol, Peppermint Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and L-Carnosine.

Apply 4-5 sprays onto skin and massage the area. After awhile you may see a slight white residue forming on the skin where you have applied the spray. It is just the salt that has stayed behind on the skin and can be wiped or washed off.
