Inactive Ingredients: Vegetable Gum, Calcium Stearate, Magnesium Stearate.

Use two discs while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed. Place tan adhesive side on gums or molar, upper or lower, white side touching cheek.

Not recommended for children under age 5 - risk of choking.
