DIRECTIONS: Children 3-6 years of age: Chew one (1) tablet 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. Children 6 years of age and older: Chew one (1) to two (2) tablets 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. Tablets can easily be broken in half along the score line if a smaller dose (500mcg) is desired.

WARNINGS
CAUTION: Keep tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature. DO NOT USE if inner seal or outer band are broken. Keep out of reach of children.
