Other Ingredients: DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate (veg), Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica.

Adults, take one tablet at bedtime. If traveling across time zones, take one tablet daily for 3 to 5 days before trip at the corresponding bedtime of your destination.

Keep Out of the Reach of Children. Store in a dry, controlled room environment.
